If I purchase one of your videos can I use it as part of my presentation at my church / school / college / lecture ?
If it's purely for non-profit educational purposes, yes. You don't need to ask our permission, just go ahead ! Our goal is to help spread the joys of this Earth and cosmos. But we would really appreciate an email to let us know.

I run a business and would like to use some of your material.
Just contact us and let's talk.

Can I embed your shows in my site ?
No.

Is your purchase system safe ?
We use Payloadz to store and deliver our products, and PayPal as the e-commerce provider.

What's your privacy policy ?
We will never give your email address to anyone else for any purpose. If at any time you want to get off our mailing list then just email us and you'll be taken off immediately.

The download is too big for me, what about a CD ?
We can email you a CD. The cost is $15 plus the cost of the chosen items. This price includes postage to anywhere in the world.

I've tried to run your videos on my device and can't get them working.
We'll help resolve any problem you have. If we can't then we'll happily refund your money via PayPal.

Technical questions:

Exactly what format is your high-resolution mpeg download ?
The mpeg2 video files are encoded using the mpeg-1 Layer2 codec at 29.97fps (NTSC standard). Some Wikipedia information on that codec is here.

Can I burn the mpeg I downloaded onto a DVD and watch it on TV ?
Yes. The mpeg-1 Layer2 format we use is a standard video format commonly used for DVDs. That means you should be able to drop the file into a DVD authoring program and create your own DVD suitable for TV display. There are lots of DVD authoring applications out there. The site Videohelp.com has many good guides to get you started. Look here.

I can't play the video !
If you can't play the downloaded videos (mpeg, avi, wmv), or are getting sound but not video (or vice versa), it usually means that you don't have a suitable codec installed. 'Codec' is an acronym for "code/decode" (some say "compressor/decompressor") and converts signals for playback. There are hundreds of different codecs available ranging from free to very expensive. The best "pack" of codecs we've found is on the site www.majorgeeks.com They have a free download available of various good quality codecs. Go here to download. They're free and should get you operational in just a couple of minutes. The download is just 7Mb.

Are the videos or MP3 files copy protected in any way ?
No. Copy protection is annoying.

5) No Frontier Multimedia product may be hired or resold.

6) Some products sold by Frontier Multimedia contain individual elements released by various government and commercial agencies around the world. In many cases these agencies have elected not to assert copyright and have released the material into the public domain. However, the specific presentation of this material by Frontier Multimedia, and its value-added combination with other original material means the combined end product is copyright by Frontier Multimedia.

7) Where copyright of individual digital elements is held outside of Frontier Multimedia, or is not in the public domain, then Frontier Multimedia will have sought permission to use that material. We will never knowingly incorporate any copyright material without prior approval of the copyright holder. If you believe that you are the copyright holder of any material presented on this site and have not granted permission then please contact us and we will act immediately and with good will to resolve the matter as quickly as possible. 8) Frontier Multimedia is usually happy to allow its products to be shown to non-profit groups. Any material from our paid download packages can also be freely shown to any non-profit educational, religious or faith-based group without seeking further permission. 9) Like any web-based business we're hurt by piracy. If our material is copied and distributed then eventually we'll simply be out of business. If friends or associates would like one of our products then encourage them to buy - or buy another copy for them as a gift. We've kept the purchase cost at an absolute minimum. Thank you.
