What's
the difference between the online versions and full versions ?
The online versions have are heavily compressed and optimized to limit the
file size. Most run for about three or four minutes with the music crunched
to 64K MP3 quality. The full versions typically run from 8 to 12 minutes or more
and feature a screen size of from 720 to 1000 pixels wide. They can be resized (scaled up or down) to match any monitor
resolution and feature 128K or 192K MP3 quality music. But that's just one part of
the download. Most download packs come with various extras such as an iPod version and/or screensavers and wallpapers. All up each download
pack typically has about 50Mb to 100Mb of material. (top)
Can I
play this show at my school / church / meeting ?
Our material is covered by all the appropriate copyright and rights restrictions.
However, each download gives you automatic permission to play any of the contained materials at 'live' meetings of education, religious or faith based groups. Please note that this does not give permission to reload any or all material onto another website or to copy or rebroadcast. If you'd like further clarification, or permission to present the material in some other context, please email
us at support@frontiermultimedia.com
We usually say yes ! (top)
Do you
support Macs ?
We used to; we don't anymore; but hope to do so again soon (top)
Is your
purchase system safe ?
We use ShareIt! which is, in our opinion, the best e-commerce company for
service, reliability and security. Read about ShareIt! and its security here:
ShareIt!
and about the secure order process here.
You can also read the ShareIt! FAQs here: FAQs

How soon
after paying can I download ?
After paying via ShareIt! you will receive an email which contains a download
link. You can download immediately. The link allows you to download the package
several times in case you lose your connection or have some computer problem.

I don't
like ShareIt!, can I pay another way ?
ShareIt! is our preferred method, but if for some reason you'd prefer not
to use it then please email us at support@frontiermultimedia.com
and we'll work with you to find an alternative. (top)
The download
is too big for me, what about a CD ?
We can make special arrangements to post you a CD. To cover costs and postage
we charge $20 per CD. If you'd prefer this method then please email us at

How big are the full version shows ?
Every show is different, and can range from about 14Mb up to 70Mb each. They
are in "exe" executable format. That means all the display software needed to play the show is included in the file - you don't need any special player. Full version shows are typically from 700 to 1000 pixels wide and are "scalable" meaning
that you can resize them by dragging the corner in or out. (top)
Is my
computer powerful enough to run them ?
We test all our material on low-end computers. We find that most of the elements
- including the full-screen shows - run quite well on machines as low as a
P3 866MHz with 512Mb RAM. However, this is a minimum and computers less powerful
than that may display the show with "stutters". But with so many
different possible configurations it's impossible to give a definite answer. Certainly some laptops do have a problem displaying some of the full-screen shows due to their generally inferior graphics cards. Reducing the size of the show from full screen to half screen will help this problem on laptops. Many of the download packs have 'full' and 'lite' versions of the screensavers to accomodayte slower machines. (top)

How do I install the screensaver ?
Locate the screensaver file on your machine. Double click and it will install. (top)
How do
I delete the screensaver ?
The screensaver can be de-selected via the usual panel in Windows. If you
want to delete the entire screensaver from your list of available screensavers
then you'll need to use the "Add/Remove program" function. (top)
What
resolution is the screensaver ?
All single-screen screensavers are made for 1024px by 768px, but will run on any of
the standard screen resolutions. The dual-screen screensavers are made for 2560px by 1024px, and again will automatically resize. (top)
I have
dual monitors, will the screensaver work for me ?
Dual-screen screensavers are rare and we're very pleased to be able to offer them. They are made to fit 2560px by 1024px, but will resize to fit - sometimes with letterboxing depending on your particular width-to-height ratio. Please note that displaying images across two monitors does take considerable computing power, so your dual-screen system does need to be at least a fast P4 (or equivalent) to be able to allow for smooth display. What screen size are the wallpapers made for ?
Many download packs include wallpapers. Single screen wallpapers are usually 1024px by 768px (or 1280px by 1024px); and dual
monitor wallpapers are either 2048px x 768px or 2560px by 1024px. The dual-monitor size depends on the available resolution of the original pictures. They will install happily on
different screen sizes with the appropriate aspect distortion depending on your configuration. (top)
