1) www.frontiermultimedia.com (Frontier Multimedia) provides access to this website on the terms outlined on this page. By using the site you are agreeing with these terms.

2) Sales of Frontier Multimedia products are final. Please choose carefully and be aware of the size of the download. We provide free email support and will attempt to resolve any problems you may have with our products.

3) Customers are responsible for downloading and saving the products. Once the download page has expired it is not possible to reactivate it.

4) Your purchase of Frontier Multimedia products gives you permission to run and make one copy of the products for use on two computers operated by you. The products may not be downloaded for common access on a network, company intranet or other broadcast medium. The products may not be disassembled, recompiled, altered, rebadged, hosted outside www.frontiermultimedia.com, retransmitted, or posted on ftp or file sharing sites.

5) No Frontier Multimedia product may be hired or resold.

6) Some products sold by Frontier Multimedia contain individual elements released by various government and commercial agencies around the world. In many cases these agencies have elected not to assert copyright and have released the material into the public domain. However, the specific presentation of this material by Frontier Multimedia, and its value-added combination with other original material means the combined end product is copyright by Frontier Multimedia.

7) Where copyright of individual digital elements is held outside of Frontier Multimedia, or is not in the public domain, then Frontier Multimedia will have sought permission to use that material. We will never knowingly incorporate any copyright material without prior approval of the copyright holder. If you believe that you are the copyright holder of any material presented on this site and have not granted permission then please contact us and we will act immediately and with good will to resolve the matter as quickly as possible. 8) Frontier Multimedia is usually happy to allow its products to be shown to non-profit groups. Any material from our paid download packages can also be freely shown to any non-profit educational, religious or faith-based group without seeking further permission. 9) Like any web-based business we're hurt by piracy. If our material is copied and distributed then eventually we'll simply be out of business. Please act in an ethical manner. If friends or associates would like one of our products then encourage them to buy - or buy another copy for them as a gift. We've kept the purchase cost at an absolute minimum. Thank you.
